The coronavirus has far-reaching consequences for tourism. Many countries have closed their borders to tourists and there are more and more frequent extensions of these entry stops. Quarantine measures must be expected where entry is currently still possible. And of course, not only in Germany public life is restricted to varying degrees.
Keeping an overview of the frequently and rapidly changing regulations is not so easy. This is why we have developed our special coronavirus information system. There we keep you informed about the latest changes to our data records and also inform you about general corona updates.

Successful project with the IUBH University of Applied Sciences
In the last few weeks, in cooperation with the students of the IUBH International University Bad Honnef, Tourism Management & International Tourism Management, we have set up a great project. Within the scope of a customer satisfaction survey and market analysis, the development of Passolution since 01.07.2018, but also our future ideas have been confirmed and we have gained new input for the next steps. A big thank you goes to the IUBH students for their great work – and once again to the VIR Innovation Contest, which won us this valuable opportunity!
Winner of the VIR Innovation Contest 2018
At the VIR Online Innovation Days from June 25 to 26, 2018, our concept convinced the jury of the VIR Innovation Contest and Passolution won in the Start-Up category. Already during the pitch, the audience was impressed by the possibilities offered by our data service – and we are very pleased that the expert jurors of this renowned competition for touristic innovation were inspired by our ideas. The win is one of the milestones in Passolution’s young history, so we are all the more excited about the resulting opportunities. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the VIR for developing this competition, and of course also for an all-round successful event in Berlin, where we were able to make numerous new contacts. A big step in the right direction is hereby made!
